Zoe works with clients managing depression, anxiety, disordered eating, body image issues, substance use issues, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions. She also has experience working with athletes and student athletes around the additional challenges that their sport may place on existing concerns. Zoe works with a variety of treatment modalities including relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She also incorporates Mindfulness, Breathwork and Somatic approaches as needed.
Zoe believes in an approach to therapy that is unique to each client and often blends treatment modalities depending on individual needs. She is committed to providing therapy that is welcoming, client-centered and empowering.
