Nabila Baytore, LMSW, received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. As a psychotherapist at our Upper West Side therapy group, Nabila's approach is to create a calm and relaxed collaborative environment. Nabila has wide range of experience helping teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression and navigating life transitions. Nabila also specializes in working with clients and family members of those who are dealing with chronic illnesses.
Nabila uses a strength-based approach along with a variety of modalities including relational psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). She explores the holistic self and incorporates mindfulness into her approach to ease stressors and navigate the future.
