Elisha Beinart, LCSW, received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at New York University, focusing on trauma, substance use, interpersonal relations, behavior issues, and emotional regulation. She attained a Sport Psychology and Mental Skills Training certification at John F. Kennedy University. Her studies included training in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Elisha specializes in relational psychotherapy to increase awareness of patterns to adjust for self-growth.

As a psychotherapist at our Upper West Side therapy group, Elisha aims to facilitate impactful change by implementing evidence-based practices and developing a strong therapeutic relationship. Through an attachment lens and client-centered approach, she explores the client’s experiences in the context of environmental and relational systems.
